Stephen is an excellent home inspector who is extremely professional, thorough and knowledgable. He gives his buyers a lot of time, patiently answering questions and offering recommendations. Stephen is reliable and friendly, too. What more would you want in a home inspector?

This establishment was recommended to me through my realtor. She said they do great thorough work. I called and was pleasantly surprised to get a RADON test and Inspection within a few days. Steve conducted the inspection on the home I wish to close on. The day he had to inspect the home, the weather was not cooperating. So it took him a little longer with the rain to inspect the outside and do his thing. He was not only very professional and thorough in his exam of the home, but he stayed to go over his findings and answer any questions/concerns I had at the time. He even makes himself available for questions after the fact. Highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspection. Also the report he sends to you afterwards makes reading and understanding his findings very simple. Being. First time home buyer this whole experience has been very stressful but with people like my realtor and Steve, it’s been a lot easier to get through.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a home inspection. Steve performed the inspection and he was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the home inspection but Steve answered all my questions and was very helpful in explaining which items in his inspection he thought were most concerning and which were the least. He offered a lot of helpful advice on how to move forward and a list of potential contractors that could do the repairs for us. He was very friendly and personable and I will absolutely be recommending him in the future.
