Very prompt, professional, accommodating, clear communication, transparent and thorough. Love the user friendly inspection report and how thorough Matt was. I am out of state and to have not only photos but videos embedded in file was really helpful. You can hear his explanations in the videos. Most important, were his well written recommendations and remediation suggestions. As a first-time homebuyer he was patient answering all my questions, offering to set aside time to speak with me. Highly recommend his services, exceeded my expectations.
