This team was very knowledgeable and detailed in their inspection report. They told me the good, bad and ugly. In the moment when I received news from them, the roof is old, the electrical stuff is a safety hazard and the septic will likely need replacement, it was disappointing. However, I could not be more thankful to have such a thorough, comprehensive inspection. It truly saved me tens of thousands of dollars in the repairs and replacements it would have needed in a short period of time. 100% recommend Matt. I couldn't imagine a more thorough inspection. He takes pictures of everything, circles/arrows problem spots, then writes up a description of everything and goes over it with you. Friendly but also a no bs type of guy that we really feel like we can trust.

The report is very thorough and there are lots of pictures and plenty of information to review. The price isn’t cheap but don’t skimp just because you can save money.
